Lil the Pill's DVD & CD Reviews

• The Offspring's newest CD Splinter is more punk rock, way better than any of their other CD's. It's really catchy, and you really want to jump around to the music.

• The Fountains of Wayne with their hit song "Stacey's" mom is a really great CD. If you buy it I suggest listening to the other songs they're really funny. I'm impressed with this group, they've come a long way. They started off with songs that weren't much fun to listen to, and now their songs are funny, and really catchy with a style that everyone likes.

• White stripes newest album Elephant was my CD given to me buy my grandma, yeah I know great lady. In this CD they explore all the elements of rock & roll, its more authentic than the some of the stuff coming out lately. I really enjoyed how all their songs were about stuff in the past. If you want to know what I mean buy this CD, I know you'll enjoy it.

• Clay Aiken has a CD out Measure of a Man that's great for listening to at the gym or in the car no hard core or anything, just full of enjoyable songs.

• If you want to hear the newest talents out there you should buy American Idol Season or you can hear Ruben Studdard the newest American idol winner in Flying Without Wings/Superstar.

• If you really want to do something crazy you can read Simon's book I don't mean to be rude but... well you need someone to tell you that you suck.. right?

• Finding Nemo was the cutest movie I saw all year! At first I didn't want to watch it because I thought it would be like the last "Recess" or "Vegetales" movies (boring with no real comedy), but it wasn't like that it all. The ocean looked so realistic and the whole thing was hilarious. I think anybody would enjoy this movie, even adults.

• Pirates of the Caribbean was a really enjoyable movie to watch which was surprising to me because usually Disney movies are pretty hard to sit through. Johnny Depp played his part really well as a very "unique" fellow. They made the movie similar to the ride, the special effects and CGI graphics were awesome.

• Omigosh Dumb and Dumberer was my favorite movie all year! Don't listen to any one else, if you like funny movies I am sure you'll laugh during this one. The movie based it's jokes on the "special" students Harry and Lloyd deal with the world when they meet. It was amazing how the characters looked so much like the like the ones from dumb and dumber. I thought it was very creative and if you like laughing at the stupidest things, this movie is for you. If not, don't bother watching it.
